Wonderful Palm Stay

The staff was very attentive! Kyle and Keshar helped tidy up our room, and they were accommodating. The beach and pool area had lovely views. The staff at the pool bar was very helpful. I found the hotel people to be friendly.
The air conditioning in my room leaked and fresh paint was poorly done. I also noted a water leak in the bathroom. These maintenance issues impacted my experience.

i found the breakfast to be great (especially the pancakes!). the receptionist packed us a delicious breakfast for our early airport departure. the hotel's own beach is directly accessible and includes very nice pools.
the all inclusive package seemed limited. food options at the lunch and dinner buffet could use more variety. snacks had limited timing at the pool bar.

i felt super welcomed by the hotel staff, especially nesrine at the front desk, she was an amazing person. she was so helpful and very professional. the food in the lobby restaurant, was fantastic. loulou from le maison provided really good service and the pool team.
the water in the bathroom did gather and not drain easily, and the hot water was really low.

the hotel is a real gem. the room was very clean, and i got good service every day. the people are really kind and the service is very good. i especially appreciated kul from housing, who ensured my room was clean.
the shower door had a broken seal, so the bathroom flooded. they transferred us to another room immediately though.

The fridge in our room wasn't working properly. Only cold water came out. also, the balcony needed cleaning. sometimes, the cleaner left dirty cups in our room.

Decent Stay at the Hotel

The staff was friendly and always ready to help I liked that. The swimming pool area looked well-organized and had many outdoor activities available. I also noted the hotel's position on the Palm is advantageous. I could see Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab from the front of the hotel.
The room required some redecoration I think. I observed chipped paint and the housekeeping wasn't great at cleaning. They often forgot towels. The bathroom had some issues as well. The shower wasn't good, as water often fell outside the shower area and the water pressure was awful too.
